For five years, CrossCurrent Communications was responsible for all marketing related activities, including PR, and Social Media Management. Our marketing and outreach efforts have enhanced Fuller Gardens reputation as a beautiful oceanside botanical garden in NH and wedding ceremony venue.
CrossCurrent Communications played a significant role in increasing attendance and community participation at Fuller Gardens. We created relationships with local photographers whose photos have helped create visually interesting and beautiful content. Photo management became an important part of our work over the years. Initially, we developed all new collateral, including brochures and a responsive website. We garnered extensive media coverage, including stories on WCVB Channel 5 in Boston, NH Chronicle on WMUR in NH, the Portsmouth Herald, Union Leader, Boston Globe, and many gardening and lifestyle magazine publications. In addition, we made huge strides with social media on Facebook and Instagram, increasing engagement exponentially in just a few years. We created an online newsletter and have helped increase attendance at Fuller Gardens events. We were also responsible for Reputation Management, some development work with sponsorships, and finding strategic partnerships to further the mission.
